I sent an email a week ago asking for an exchange because the sweaters. I ordered the orange and green. They were way too big. I sent the email as soon as I received the items and tried them on. I Didn’t ask for my money back. I only wanted to send them back to get a smaller size. Maybe a size small or medium. The large was the size of a 2x. I haven’t heard back from anyone yet. Overall, I love the quality of the sweaters. I love the fast service. I love that the sweaters shipped 1 hour after ordering. I ordered them on a Friday and received them Monday.
